Hive Will Call
Hive Will Call is a special program offered to social service agencies who offer services to low income and other typically underserved populations in our community. Will Call (formerly called the Voucher Program) is aimed at providing transportation to those who need it most.
How does the program work?
The pass sponsor may contact Hive Pass staff at email@example.com. Upon purchase, the sponsor will receive a will call voucher that can be made out to the recipient of their choice. The recipient must then go to the Salt Lake City Public Utilities Office with the voucher and proof of residency, where his or her pass will be issued. Upon first use, the pass is active for one year.
What is needed for proof of residency?
A copy of a lease or mortgage agreement, property tax notice or two pieces of formal mail (like a utility bill or bank statement) is all that is needed. If the recipient is a resident of a shelter or of permanent supportive housing, an official letter confirming residency will be needed.
