Ways to renew your monthly Hive Pass

There are a number of ways to make payment for your Hive Pass. If you did not pre-purchase months in advanced and would like to use your Hive Pass for the next month, please ensure your payment is made before the beginning of the month. You Hive Pass may be deactivated after the 1st of the month for non-payment.

  1.  You may call Salt Lake City Public Utilities to make payment (801) 483-6900.
  2. Make a payment online at http://www.slcgov.com/utilities/public-utilities-online-payments (Set up automatic payments here!)
  3. You may also make payment in-person at either Public Utilities or the Treasurers Office at the City & County Building.

*If your Hive Pass has been deactivated due to non payment, please allow up to 2 business days after you make current payment for card activation.

 

Hive Pass Card Replacement

If a Hive Pass card has been lost a replacement card can be issued. There is a $10 replacement fee to have a new card issued. Replacement cards can be issued at the following sites:

City and County Building- Treasurers Office
